DELUNA 時尚藝術女攝影師⼤獎 2022 由 CLUB DELUNA ⽉．滙 主辦。
DELUNA Fashion & Art Photography Awards 2022 is organised by CLUB DELUNA.

CLUB DELUNA ⽉· 滙秉持貴族騎⼠精神，同時為會員提供培育⾝、⼼、靈的優質氛圍。
⻄班牙語Deluna 意解“⽉亮” ，除了是中世紀貴族開始使⽤的姓⽒，⻄班牙⽂名詞有陰陽性之分，
陰性名詞結尾為「a」，因此Deluna 亦蘊含女性能量的寓意。
CLUB DELUNA not only upholds nobility and chivalry, but also provides a quality vibe for the nurturing of our members’ body, mind, soul and spirit. Deluna literally means "of the moon" in Spanish. It is a surname first used by medieval nobles. As a feminine noun ending in “a”,
Deluna also gives a hint to energy generated from ladies.

⽉．滙以凝聚女性智慧及品味為開端，舉辦以“時尚及藝術”兩⼤主題的攝影比賽。 攝影比賽設有時裝攝影組及藝術攝影組兩個組別，參賽者可同時參加兩個組別， ⼤會將挑選共10張入圍作品於CLUB DELUNA 展出。
CLUB DELUNA gathers the wisdom and taste of ladies and organises a photography contest with “Fashion & Art” as its two major themes. This contest is divided into two groups: fashion photography and art photography. Candidates may join both groups. The organising committee will shortlist 10 artworks to be displayed at CLUB DELUNA.

入圍作品將會競逐創意，時尚，藝術，⽂藝及評審團特別獎共五⼤獎項，
同時各組別優勝者亦會獲資格競逐Top Asia Awards 2023 : Top 10 Female Photographer。
Shortlisted artworks may contest for 5 awards, namely Top Creativity Award, Top Style Award, Top Art Award, Top Story Award and Prix du Jury. Award winners will be eligible to compete in Top Asia Awards 2023 ：Top 10 Female Photographer.

每個組別參賽者提交作品數量不多於4張，時裝攝影組以“時尚⾦風”為主題，攝影師可以選擇與⼤會提供的時裝品 牌或⾃⾏選擇時裝品牌進⾏配對，拍攝參賽作品。藝術攝影組以“說故事的女⼈”為主題，拍攝風格不限，參賽者需 提供不少於50字的參賽作品簡介。
Candidates should submit maximum 4 artworks for each group. The theme of fashion photography group is “Style is gold”. Candidates may produce their artworks by pairing up with fashion brands recommended by the organising committee or other fashion brands she prefers. The theme of art photography group is “A woman who tells stories”. No restrictions on photography style. Candidates shall provide an artwork description with no fewer than 50 words.

⼤會亦特別邀請台灣⾦⾺獎最佳造型設計得主馮君孟先⽣ Mr.WILLIAM FUNG 加入DELUNA 時尚藝術女攝影師⼤ 獎 2022的評審團。
The organising committee has invited Mr William FUNG, Winner of the Best Make-up & Costume Design, Golden Horse Award, as the jury of DELUNA Fashion & Art Photography Awards 2022.

參賽組別 GROUP

1. 時裝攝影組 FASHION PHOTOGRAPHY GROUP
主題 Theme ： 時尚⾦風 Style is gold

參賽者與時裝品牌配對，拍攝參賽作品。
Candidates shall pair up with fashion brands for the artworks.

攝影師可以選擇與⼤會提供的時裝品牌或⾃⾏選擇時裝品牌進⾏配對，拍攝參賽作品。
Candidates may produce their artworks by pairing up with fashion brands recommended by the organising committee or other fashion brands she prefers.

如參賽者選擇與由⼤會提供的時裝品牌配對進⾏拍攝，⼤會將聯絡參賽者到本會會址挑選該品牌的服裝，參賽者於 完成拍攝後需要歸還服裝。基於以上情況的參賽者可以先填寫報名表格，成功遞交報名表格後，⼤會將發出參賽編 號，參賽者可於報名截⽌⽇期前上載參賽作品。
If the candidate opts for a brand recommended by the organising committee, he/she will be arranged to visit the venue of the organising committee for the selection of fashion pieces returnable on the completion of artwork production. The candidate, after duly submitting the application form, shall be assigned a candidate number for online submission of the artworks before the registration deadline.

2.藝術攝影組 ART PHOTOGRAPHY GROUP

主題 Theme ： 說故事的女⼈ A Woman who tells stories

拍攝風格不限，參賽者需提供不少於50字的參賽作品簡介
No restrictions on photography style.
Candidates shall provide an artwork description with no fewer than 50 words.

截⽌報名⽇期 Deadline for registration：2022/10/15

入圍作品展覽⽇期 Exhibition date of shortlisted photos：2022/11/01

賽果公布及頒獎⽇期 Award date ：2022/11/11

*⼤會將挑選共10張入圍作品於CLUB DELUNA ⽉．滙展出。
The organising committee will select 10 shortlisted artworks to display at CLUB DELUNA.

1. ⼤會將根據原創性、攝影技術、構圖、整體效果及藝術價值來評審參賽作品。
The organising committee shall adjudicate artworks based on creativity, technique, composition, overall effect and art value.

2. 每個組別參賽者提交作品數量不多於4張，如同時參加兩個組別，需另外再填屬於該組別的報名表格。
Artworks submitted for each group should not exceed 4. If candidates wish to join both groups, he/she should submit two separate applications.

3. 參賽時提交的每個檔案不該超過25 Mb。
Each file submitted shall not exceed 25 Mb.

4. 如參賽作品進入了最後⼀輪評審階段，⼤會將有專⼈通知入圍作品的印刷規格及數量。
If the artwork submitted enters the final round of adjudication, the organising committee shall inform candidates of the printing specification and quantity.

5. 參賽作品可源於任何格式— 包括但不限於數碼檔案、數碼影印件、彩⾊正⽚原稿、彩⾊影印件或⿊⽩影印件— 只要以.JPEG、.jpg 或.png 格式，透過電⼦途徑提交即可。
Artworks can be produced in any format, including but not limited to digital files, digital printing copies, colour original, colour copies and monotonic copies, but should be submitted through electronic means in the format of .JPEG, .jpg or .png.

6. ⼤會不接受有⽔印的作品。
Artwork with watermarks will not be accepted.


1. Club Deluna ⽉．滙為 Top Asia Awards 主辦⽅。
Club Deluna is the organiser of Top Asia Awards.

2. 提交參賽表格代表參賽者同意受參賽須知及以下條款及細則約束。
By submitting the application form, participants agree to abide by the notice to participants stated on the application form and the terms and conditions herein.

3. Top Asia Awards 有關但不限於內容、流程及創意的知識產權歸Club Deluna ⽉．滙所有。
The intellectual property of Top Asia Awards, including but not limited to content, process and idea, belongs to Club Deluna.

4. Top Asia Awards 的內容和流程可能會被記錄。參賽者同意授予Club Deluna ⽉．滙不可撤銷的授權使⽤他/她的 肖像。
The content and process of Top Asia Awards may be recorded. Participants grant an irrevocable licence to Club Deluna for the use of his/her portrait rights.

5.如參賽者的作品涉及由Club Deluna ⽉．滙推薦的品牌，使⽤該作品作商業⽤途前(不論該作品有否提交參與比 賽)，須事先得到Club Deluna⽉．滙的批准。
If the participants’ artworks involve brands recommended by Club Deluna, the use of the artworks, whether or not submitted to the contest, for business use shall require prior approval of Club Deluna.

6.如參賽者的作品不涉及由Club Deluna ⽉．滙推薦的品牌，參賽者承諾他/她已獲取品牌⽅授權⽣產、展示和使⽤ 該品牌。Club Deluna ⽉．滙對任何非法使⽤作品的指控概不負責。
If the participants’ artworks do not involve brands recommended by Club Deluna, candidates warrant that he/ she has the licence granted by the brands to produce, display and use. Club Deluna shall in no event accept any responsibility for any unauthorised use of artworks.

7.參賽者承諾其作品的製作流程及內容均不涉及非法成份。
The participants warrant that the artworks so produced shall be free of illegal process and content.

8.參賽者同意授予Club Deluna ⽉．滙不可撤銷的授權使⽤他/她的作品作商業⽤途。
The participants grant an irrevocable licence of their artworks to Club Deluna for its commercial use.

9.收集個⼈資料聲明
Personal Information Collection Statement

9.1. 參賽者提供的個⼈資料只會被⽤作Top Asia Awards⽤途；
Personal data provided by candidates will be used by Club Deluna only for the purposes of Top Asia Awards;

9.2. 提供個⼈資料與否純屬參賽者個⼈意願；和
The provision of participants’ personal data is voluntary; and

9.3. 參賽者有權根據《個⼈資料（私隱）條例》(香港特別⾏政區法例第486章) 相關規定查閱/修改個⼈資料。
Participants have a right to request access to and correction of his/her personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486, Laws of Hong Kong SAR).

10. Club Deluna ⽉．滙對Top Asia Awards運⾏期間任何爭議保留最終決定權。
Club Deluna reserves all rights to final adjudication to any disputes arising and/or in the course of Top Asia Awards.

11. 如有任何歧義，以英⽂版為準。
In case of discrepancy in meaning, English version shall prevail.
